Your Spidot eSIM connects to local networks as a roaming line, so data roaming must be on for it. You can leave roaming off for your own SIM.
On iPhone
- STEP1
Open Settings and tap Cellular or Mobile Data.
- STEP2
Tap the Spidot line.
- STEP3
Turn on Data Roaming.
On Samsung Galaxy
- STEP1
Open Settings and tap Connections.
- STEP2
In SIM manager, make sure the Spidot eSIM is chosen for Mobile data.
- STEP3
Go back to Connections, tap Mobile networks and turn on Data roaming.
On Google Pixel
- STEP1
Open Settings and tap Network & internet.
- STEP2
Tap SIMs and choose the Spidot eSIM.
- STEP3
Turn on Roaming.
