You can see the data left on your Spidot eSIM in My eSIMs. Your phone's own counter may differ.
Steps
- STEP1
Open My eSIMs and sign in with the email you used at checkout.
- STEP2
Choose the eSIM you want to check.
- STEP3
Your data balance and the days left are shown on the eSIM.
Why your phone shows a different number
Your phone counts the data it sends and receives on each line, from the last time the counter was reset. That number is a rough guide only. The balance in My eSIMs is the one that counts.
